I do like the selection here, and the quality is usually good. But umm, the prices can feel kind of high unless there’s a sale going on. It’s a nice place to shop once in a while, just maybe not the best value for regular weekly groceries.

I actually like shopping here, but the checkout situation drives me a little nuts. The lines somehow move at the slowest possible pace, and even self-checkout isn’t always the quick fix you’d expect. Half the time it feels like you spend more time trying to leave than you did actually shopping. For a quick trip, that kind of defeats the whole purpose. It’s not the worst thing ever, but come on, it should be way easier than this.

I shop at Harmons often, the customer service has been great every single time. Last time I was there, I couldn’t find a few things, and instead of doing that annoying thing where they just vaguely point across the store, the employee actually walked me right over to where they were. Like, why can’t every place be like that? Checkout was friendly too, even though it was busy and clearly kind of hectic. It was just a smooth, easy experience, which I really appreciate because shopping can be such a hassle sometimes.

I shop at Harmons sometimes when I need something quick, and the prepared food is hit or miss for me. Some days the salads and hot bar options taste fresh and really good, but other times it seems like the food has been sitting out a little too long.

The bakery is solid overall though. I usually like the bread and cookies, but I did get a cake once that was kind of dry. Prices feel a bit high for what you get, so it’s not bad, just not always great either

I placed my order online and the pickup process was super easy. it went a lot smoother than some other stores I’ve tried where you end up waiting around or dealing with confusion. This worked out great.

Everything looked really fresh when I went in. The produce especially. Bright, crisp, no sad-looking stuff. And the meat counter looked really good too. Nice cuts, clean display. Definitely a good experience.

The store was just... not in great shape. The aisles were dirty and really unorganized, and it kind of made the whole place feel a little gross to shop in
